I am concered about myself, whenever I urinate straight into the bowl, foamy bubbles start to build up in the toilet.
Should I be concered about this? I usually just spray it with a bit of axe deoderant, and it goes away.

Has this been going on for a while? You may want to get an appointment with your doctor and have him check the protein levels in your urine. Too much protein can cause bubbly urine.

If your really worried see a doctor, but I can't see any reason to worry. But why do you spray it? Just flush. (or are you spraying your penis? If that's the case STOP right now!)

It seems ok but it has never happened to me. after urinating, does your penis sting. just ask your dad or doctor for advice.
