I don't know if it's true or not; I would hate to think that it is. But regardless, it really doesn't matter; my opinion of him would not change.
If he does- So What... It's not like he went out one day and said "Hey I want to get HIV."
The brother is still FINE, can sing, act, is a CEO and does a lot of charity work. So, even if he did have HIV and he was interested in me... YES, I would date him.
There are people all around living very productive lives (successful and in relationships) with HIV and those of us who don't have it are none the wiser. Each one of us may be working next to someone with HIV and don't even know it.
Sorry for the long response, but I just wanted to put my thoughts out there.
