I need to get into perfect shape for an upcoming event on the 30 of thismonth. I run at 5 in the morning every day, and I workout and run again at night. Today I started swimming in the afternoon then I will also run and workout at night. I also eat very well now, fruits and so forth. I even starve myself from lunch, only an apple. So is it possible and can someone please give me some tips?

First off - it's extremely unrealistic to try to lose 20 pounds in 25 days. Starving yourself is not the answer, particularly if you are working out. It's GREAT that you are exercising, but you must give your body fuel. Starvation slows the metabolism. Eat small healthy meals throughout the day, drink plenty of water, and work on building muscle (do weight work). Muscle mass increases your resting metabolic rate. I think 10 - 15 pounds is more realistic if you work out the way you say you are, and a heck of a lot healthier in that time frame.

This is a perfect diet to do for 20 days to loose the weight you want:
Breakfast Whole wheat bagel w/ light cream cheese. and water
Snack: around 10 fruit and nuts w/ more water
lunch: salad w/ more water
dinner at 4 Just meat w/ water
no eating after 4
Eat this for the next 20 days. Good luck to you. I am sure you will look great !!!

Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic index and load. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way we have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise, good and bad carbs and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Links page has gov. BMI calculater to find out just how much overweight you are (teens plug in your age to compare to others your age). Get latest info like American Heart Association does not want you to eat more than 6 ounces daily of meat, fish or poultry. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

20 pounds in 25 days? You can loose 20 lbs in a few minutes if you cut off your legs.

Actually, it sounds like you have a very healthy lifestyle. You don't want to starve yourself or work out too much. Just keep doing what you are doing.

I lost about 20 ponds in 5 weeks. I did not eat breakfast or lunch. I eat a sensible dinner -- not a huge dinner. TO cut out french fries and sugar soft drinks. At lunch time I walked for 45-60 minutes.

Stop eating junk foods. Eat a diet that is high in protein and plenty of veggies. Do allot of physical activities.
