She has borderline personality disorder, and calls on me quite often...I've 'rescued' her in a suicide attemt and given her support during her hospitalization...I'm fond of her friendship and am afraid if I 'abandon' her she might go off the deep end...but on the other hand i've got my own problems and she is very draining...*sigh*

I have lost two grandparents, an aunt and an uncle...all died of congestive heart failure. It looks like an awful way to die.

Is this genetic? What can I do now, while I am young, to keep it from happening to me when I am older? Am I doomed from my genetics? Can I prevent it?

My psychiatrist says if I don't take my meds that my illness will progress. She said that would be fine if I had a job that required no thinking, but the job that I'm going to school for requires thinking. In a way, I believe she is right because my symptoms seem to be getting worse (especially in the last two years- I'm 31). My thinking seems to be ok. I still make good grades. Do you know if this illness progresses with age or do you think my doctor is just really pushing the meds and doctor visits?

I will get these muscle twitches... sometimes my back will spasm, sometimes a bicep, sometimes my legs. It's always when I'm in a relaxed position. Why does my body do this? What's going on inside my body and why would physical exhaustion effect this?

An abnormal and persistent fear of public places or open areas, especially those from which escape could be difficult or help not immediately accessible. Persons with agoraphobia frequently also have panic disorder. People with agoraphobia characteristically become anxious if they even think about being trapped in a situation where it might be difficult to leave the situation. People with agoraphobia also characteristically avoid the situations which bring them anxiety or panic. Agoraphobia is highly variable in severity. People with mild agoraphobia often live normal lives by avoiding anxiety-provoking situations. But, in the most severe cases, the victims may be incapacitated and be homebound. The disorder affects women twice as often as men, tends to start in the mid to late 20's and the onset may appear triggered by a traumatic event.

I am 5'2 and weigh between 200 and 215 lbs, it keeps going UP and DOWN. I have been pregnant before and my pre-pregnancy weight was 170 and after it was 199. I eat healthy and only when I am hungry which is rarely ever. I exercise and run after my daughter almost 24/7 not to mention my full time job at Wal-Mart where I am pulling heavy pallets and lifting heavy boxes and running everywhere for customers. Yet I can't loose weight! There is nothing wrong with me medically, so what ELSE can it be???

My wife is about 55 years old. Daily she complaints that when she goes to bed, she feels actute pain in the legs. When somebody pumps the legs either with the hand or any other weight, she feels relief. I have consulted many doctors. As per their advice, I have carried out all the lab test but no result. Can anybody suggest me any alopathic or ayurvedic medicine by which she may overcome this problem. Reply me urgently.
