I answered your other question about bipolar. I am bipolar and also suffer panic attacks and social anxiety. I've been to a lot of support groups and one thing I've noticed is that the majority of the people at those groups say that they have panic attacks and social anxiety.

Yes, but watch out. Bipolar is a very popular diagnosis these days and many people get it and are not really bipolar.
