I have endometriosis (really painful period cramps). Sometimes, I can't move for hours and sometimes, I can't sit down for hours (exercising, walking, etc anything to keep my tummy moving). Right now, I am having horrible, horrible cramps! I can feel them all the way around my middle. I feel like I am having back labor! I have taken midol, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I am wondering if I go to class tonight (first class) if I will be able to stay very long. Sometimes, I have to breath like I am in labor to help with the pain. Sometimes, I can't breathe at all because of the pain. I can't take anything stronger without having to lay down. What do ya'll think?

I am a step mother to my 10 year old boy. His mother left when he was 4 years old. I do understand that peeing on himself may be a pychological thing, thus his mom leaving him & feeling abandoned might play a factor to his peeing. My husband and I raise both children- he has custody. Anyway, I have tried from rewards systems, to spanking him, wrtiting standards, taking things away from him such as his videogames, baseball cards, and his train collection that he adores, tv, radio. We have talked to him, yelled at him, he has had group theapy... nothing seems to work. He continues to pee every single day- it seems like part of his routine everyday. My last resort is to drop it right? Let him be....perhaps he will realize that is wrong to pee on himself. My son refuses to ask to go to the restroom when he needs to, or stop from playing to go. I think its laziness on his end.... We are contstantly reminding him of going to the restroom. What more can I do to help him learn & have him stop?

Why can't there be just one dose like the measles where you get one shot and you're immunized? Is there any possibility of getting the benefits of all four doses in only one?

In a couple of years or so, I will undergo jaw surgery to correct my underbite, which I've had since I was a kid (the retainer didn't work).

Will it be painful afterward? I need the surgery because sometimes I get a little bit of pain near where my jaw connects to my skull (sometimes it's uncomfortable just letting my upper jaw sit in place). Plus, I don't want to look like Jay Leno forever and my ORTHO said that if I didn't get it while I'm young, it would screw up my teeth when I'm much older.

my boyfriend smokes weed everyday, today he went for a job interview and got the job, now he has to take a drug test within 48 hours. he bought some $50 drink that says it flushes toxins out of your system, he wants to just drink the stuff, wait like 2 hours (peeing a few times while he's waiting) then go take the test. he's not going to pass is he? dont u have to give the stuff more time then just a couple of hours to actually flush everything out before u go?

I've been on venlafaxine 150mg since January and it's working pretty well, but last night I forgot to take my usual dose and today I've felt SOOOOOO ill since lunchtime - dizzy, disorientated, sick, headachey and totally spaced out.

I've done this once before and it's horrible! Anyone else who's missed a dose - what's the best thing to do in that situation? Because I didn't want to take it when I remembered (at lunchtime) since it would be too close to my dose tonight, but is there anything else you can do to alleviate the symptoms?

I've given up and taken tonight's dose 4 hours early because I can't put up with the withdrawal symptoms any longer, I feel awful. But what's the best thing to do if I ever forget again?

Oh, and PLEASE - no-one copy and paste the instructions which come with the tablets........I know how they work, the side effects etc etc etc, I'm a doctor! I just want to know how other people deal with the side effects when they miss a dose.
