At what extent, do people really look after their health?

Hahaha.. my mentor says that a wealthy man is a moral man and that a moral man is a happy man.. so yes, I agree with your statement..

But most people do not look after their health till too late. Most people want to have good health but never seem to place it as the most important..

We like to eat what we want and not what our body needs.

We like to sleep late and get work done rather than rest early.

These are just some examples of the things we eat.

We only start to value health when we become REALLY sick.. but most of the time, it is already too late to rectify the problem.

I do agree with you. However most people tends to forget this as they are more committed in finding ways to earn more money than taking care of their own health. Until they have a major illness, then they realised the importance of staying healthy. But sometimes it could be too late coz when they realised it, they maybe bedridden already. So it is always advisable to keep one healthy before any major sickness fall on us.
