The amount of weed that you have smoked and the duration is nothing compared to a lot of my friends, and most of them are in college getting As and Bs. Don't use you weed history as an excuse to be a victim, it won't help you any. Also I wouldn't rely on supplements entirely to pump your intellect.
Go to the library, bookstore, museum, etc. Start studying! Get your brain working out every day. Read, watch, listen to new things! Go back and review what you've gathered. Try writing what you've understood or not understood in a journal everyday for every chapter you read. Don't be afraid to not understand something, I get confused all the time, everybody does, just deal with it and move on! If all my stoner friends can make it through college on their own merits you can make it too. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and have fun learning!

"Your smart for not wanting to rely on medications."
But sometimes "Cold Turkey" withdrawl needs some light
form of "Non-addicting" anti-depressant to help with the
symptoms."
"But" if you think you can do without the medication "You are better off;" But sometimes the only
alternative is a mild anti-depressant.

Just try to be active...read, go out, talk to people, stimulate your mind. Keeping busy will help you feel better and get back to your old self. I'm sure you arent stupid, but yes pot does kill brain cells, and they cant come back so some loss of function may be permenant, but you can work around that by using the skills you do have.

You're wrong for smoking weed. That is illegal. And don't tell me what to say, It's a free country, you're on a public Q and A website, and I have the right to my opinion.

When you lose braincells by smoking weed (or in any other way for that matter) there is no way to regenerate the lost cells.

Then study. Go to the library. You become who you put an effort forth to be as a general rule.
