anything that you do to help people and make a difference is a good career. You can be a personal care assistant for someone with a disability, or the elderly, nursing, nurses aid, if you want to go to school and are up for a tough one, radiology techs make a lot of money (x-ray tech)....there are many, try looking through a college course calendar and see what catches your eye

Nursing is in great demand. An RN, can write just about write his/her own ticket as far as salery is concerned. Another career in high demand are pharmacists. Included are paramedics, and EMT's.
