I seem to hold all my weight in my upper body.. I have lost over 70 pounds so far and I am wanting to lose about another 30 I realize that the more I lose it will go down but I have started working out and would like to add something to my routine that will get rid of the tire I seem to have under my rms and on my upper back I feel horrible about myself

My friend got hit in the face. And her jaw got out of line and they have to wire her mouth shut. How long do you think it will be like that shut? we have a cruise is 34 days and she's worried she wont be able to go. Thanks!

My 12 year old daughter lost a filling in her back molor a while ago and didnt say anything.
now it is hurting her alot
we made a dentist appointment they cant fit her in until next week
and thats all her insurance covers
what can she do to ease the pain?

I work out at sporatic times during my days..and tonight will be a night workout. When should I work out, before or after dinner? What's the difference?

my workout is

10 minutes overall lifting weights (10 pounds each)
100 pushups overall
3 minutes of leglifting

The Home Office in the United Kingdom have just brought in a new rule that nursing is no longer an important occupation and as so it will not be a reserved occupation for getting to U.K. Now there are many other countries like America and Spain that will accept these nurses and treat them right. What I don't like is that Nurses that have settled in U.K but have not been here long enough to become citizens are not going to renew their work permits. These nurses are worried what the future holds and think they will lose their jobs and be sent back to their own country. The nursing unions are going to fight the government over these new rules, this is their only chance. Do you believe these nurses have been betrayed by Britain?. What should be done. I am not a nurse but I will be on the picket lines when and if the Government try to inforce this rule. I started to have widespread pain and strange symptoms immediately after I had my daughter. Now a year and a half later I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. my family doctor said to me jokingly "you should have another baby and see if it reverses the fibromyalgia." now a few months later i am wondering if there could be any truth to this.
