Soy and tuna are excellent sources of protein, and there is quite a market out there exploiting this for money. Go to your search engine and type in "protein how much is enough?" and see how much you need. They will tell you how much you need for your body weight. Most of the time we get enough from our foods, and supplemental is not necessary.
I know people who lift and eat tuna out of the can and go for the soy, but this is only temp as they get tired of it, so we really strive to find protein sources that we can live with for life, as you will work out your whole life right?

yes cuz fish has poly and mono unsaturated fats which cleans out some of the saturated fat which will make your muscles less covered by fat.
