you must first supplement properly. I found these products called advocare and i lost 21 pouds on just the energy drink because its all natural as it is made with amino acids. There is so many awsome product on this website im so lucky i got involved with it! my wife had our second son about 6 months ago ang got on a product called catalyst, herbal cleanse, mns wieght lost systems, its worth every penny!!!

Cardio, cardio, cardio! You'll need to exercise to get these off, as this is fat and needs to be burned off. Your body will use the fat for fuel when you do any of these: treadmill, walking brisk outdoors, stationary bike, elliptical, kickboxing, tae bo, aerobics, anything for at least 30 minutes.
Limit these things, and cut your portions in half!: cheeses, sodas, sweet treats, fast foods, fried foods. Start really cutting back on these and exercise then you'll lose lots of weight.

I used to be a pudgey kid but I ran a lot because I run track and play football for my school and remember to drink water. It takes two weeks for yourself to really notice a differnece in yourself just run and drink water, you should be ok. You might try some cardio work. And work them abs that's will also help.

try the plank and side plank exercises. hold the positions as long as possible, rest then do twice more. the plank is a basic full press-up position but resting evenly on elbows instead of hands. side plank is resting on right elbow and right foot with body sideways to the ground held in straight line, then swap sides.

Stop eating all that you can eat. Besides that, start makeing some exercise in the area...espcially abs...classic abs and one side abs.(u keep your legs on a given side...right or left...and u lift up easy with your upper body)

in the meantime, get some of those high waist control pants that come down to mid thigh, i just bought some and I can wear dresses that I have never dared to wear before, they really hold you in and aren't uncomfortable. its ok to cheat sometimes!

eat healthy and low cal low fat food. work out daily and they will disappear with all the extra weight you have. you will feel and look great. good luck.
