I'm pregnant, and I broke out on my chest, too. My OB/GYN said it's fine to use the 1% hydrocortisone that you can buy over-the-counter for a break-out like that. Anything stronger than that, and you really need to check with her doctor first.

I have heard that sometimes when women get a rash on their breasts it is like a yeast infection. I would definetely call her OB and ask what they think. They might prescribe somet topical antifungal.

first their is no medication for pregenent to avoid baby abnormality but not all medication some of them maybe taken during pregnancy,about rashes i want to know how long this rash present .becouse may your wife has sensitvity to certain compound we want to know it or may be its internal sensitivity i mean of blood and is this rashes appear when your wife becom pregnant or before that, whow longe your wife is pregnant all this question must be answered to reash to diagnosis .so i advise you to tell your wife go to obestatric doctor.

Aveeno colloidal oatmeal bath is very soothing, might help, calamine as a topical is good as it is not absorbed. I would hesitate to use hydrocortizone as it is readily absorbed, and there is no information on testing during pregnancy.

I would talk to my local pharmacist and get his opinion. They know an awful lot about the medications both OTCs and Rxed. Then, I would go to her doctor and get his opinion on the list you can make from the pharmacist's recommendations.
