that's not possible. you'll probably die in the process, you would have to eat nothing at all and burn 3,500 calories a day.

2 pounds a week is healthy. why didn't you get up your lazy butt and start working out earlier?

The safe way to do it is to create a 500 calorie deficit in your daily caloric intake and burn 300-500 calories through exercise. (It's 3,500 calories for a pound.) You can lose a pound in 2-3 days. Anything more rapid than that can cause you to gain it back quickly when you stop dieting or exercising.

you can eat less and less every day. Each day cutting back the calories you consume until you loose the weight you need to. This may not be too healthy but I am sure it will work.

a pound a day is a little dangerous, but I've dropped about 2 pounds a week on this diet:

Here are five things to cut out:
- Sugar! (including juices, sodas, etc.) substitute honey instead
- salt (read labels, lots of processed food has too much salt, which will also make you retain water)
- switch to whole grain breads, pastas, and cereals
- say no to caffine and chocolate (this will also cut down on cellulite)
- lastly, cut back on dairy and meats (especially fatty ones)

Add this:
- start eating tons of fresh fruit and veggies and fiber rich foods

Exercise!

Very hard and unhealthy at your weight. Takes 3000 calories to make up a pound. Do the math. You would have to eat 3000 calories less each day and I doubt that you eat that much anyways.

a pound a day definitely isnt healthy weight loss. You should aim for a pound a week.

Burning more calories than you take in = losing weight

you cant its IMPOSSIBLE let me show you the math:
3500 cals= 1 pound of fat.
The minimum calories YOU eat is 1820!!! (Your weight times 13)
Take it slowly and you DON'T need to be 110lbs in a rush thats dangerous.
Never ever go less than 1200 cals a day it wont be enough nutrition wise. and you will feel tired and exausted.
This may not be what you want to hear but we are telling you facts.

Eat low foods, don't eat after 6:00 pm, jog about a mile everyday, and try resting after you eat. your body cant break down food while performing actions so its best to wait and hour then work out.
