I was wondering if when you get septoplasty done if it will leave a scar? I am about to get septoplasty this monday

I know this is a tough question, and I apologize to those of you who have experienced either. I am in no way trivializing or making light of these events. I was just curious if anyone had any information about alopecia, and if there is a cure for it. I have had it for a while, but this it the worst it has ever been. It is fairly deppressing for me and I would love to know if there is a cure or some sort of treatment.

I like to crack my knuckles.
I don't do it often, but I do it enough.
I have heard both sides of the story that it does/does not give you arthritis.
I want to know, does it?

PS- I often crack my neck and spine as well.

Is it normal or small?

I'm sorry if this question sounds dumb, I just don't know the answer.
If I just lose a lot of weight and don't exercise at all, will I still have a six pack? Or does a six pack require some muscle definition? I read that in order to have a six pack you must have less than 8% body fat. So, if I have less than 8% body fat, but no muscle, will I have a six pack? Is a six pack actually muscle, or is just some natural definition in us that is just usually covered by fat?

What have you found are the best ways to calm yourself down and control your nerves?

I tend to get EXTREMELY nervous over small things, i shake, stutter, have a hard time breathing, almost pass out, etc. for some reason i dont have any ability to calm myself down or even tell myself its no big deal.

what has worked for you? any tips?

When ever I drink one I end up throwing up an hour later...is it because I'm having to much of a specific vitamin in the drink??? do you have any reasonable cause?
