I'm sorry if this question sounds dumb, I just don't know the answer.
If I just lose a lot of weight and don't exercise at all, will I still have a six pack? Or does a six pack require some muscle definition? I read that in order to have a six pack you must have less than 8% body fat. So, if I have less than 8% body fat, but no muscle, will I have a six pack? Is a six pack actually muscle, or is just some natural definition in us that is just usually covered by fat?
Thanks.

yes you do...ok heres the deal, if you go to 8% body fat w/ no muscle you would have to be approx. 10-15 lbs. under wut u should be making u unerweight and looking like a skeleton with ur collorbones and backbones sticking out....but u got the abs haha thats wut i did and its stupid becuz ur body was meant to have fat covering your abs. cut yourself down to where u look lean and healhty, then you have to build muscle to get that six-pack. if u want the abs showing without building muscle ur gunna be underwieght and thats just how it is

If you lose weight, you will need to exercise your abs. They're nice looking with little fat on them, but not that nice looking.
