does riding your bike for one mile help u losse weight ? cuz i ride my bike for one mile everyday .can it help, if not how many miles should i go to losse weight?

well any excercise with a balanced diet can help you lose weight but if you do it every day push yourself more like slowly start trying to go more like 2 or 3 at once.

How fast do you go? How can you move at that speed? Some people find a longer time will help to increase their base metabolic rate.

It's not the distance....it's the speed at which you are biking and whether you are going uphill, downhill or flat route.

that's plenty you don't want to over do your self and yes any kind of exercise will help you lose weight
