Three years ago I went on the Atkins diet and lost around 40 pounds... I gained back 10 and set still betwen 160-165 for about two years. When I graduated high school, I gained up to 175 and by the time I was thru with my first semester of college I was about 185. At the moment, I way 180. I've moved into an apartment complex that has a gym and I have been working out about 3-4 days a week for an hour each day for about 3 weeks. I usually have one slim fast a day, sometimes two, and then I eat real food. I've not lost a pound. =( I even tried different diets with my exercise and still nothing. I've noticed my arms are getting toner, but everything else seems to look the same. I was hoping to lose about 30 pounds, but I just can't drop any weight. It's so annoying and depressing... Does anyone have any weight loss advice? Diets they would recommend? Exercises that would give faster results? I'm up for almost anything folks!
