Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Be patient. First off, I would take all my measurements and record them in a logbook. Log it weekly along with your weight. If you say you noticed your arms are getting more toned, then that's probably whats happening, is your fat is turning into muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. I usually keep a food diary too, that helps me not to overeat. Don't be in a rush, as it takes time to lose weight. Also, eat breakfast, the most important meal of the day!! Have 3 main meals of about 500 calories each and 2 snacks of 100 calories each. Don't eat anything after 7:30pm! Cut your sugars and white stuff.....ie: potatoes, rice, white flour....etc. Eat less and exercise more! When you reach a plateau (stop losing), up your exercise! Change exercises often too, as your body gets used to the same types and doesn't respond anymore. You will notice the differnence, I promise you! Good luck!!

At 15 I am not sure you should weight that much. What position do you play? However, I do not think weight loss pills are the answer. I would try to watch what you eat, eat foods high in fiber, and also maybe do some cardio. The BMI does not distinguish between body fat and muscle. If you want to know if your body fat is to high, then there are special devices that read that. But dont go by the BMI.

Been there done all that too. You do lose on Atkins...but its not healthy because you can not eat from all food groups and your body is lacking nutrients. Also, you gain it back when you go off of the diet..which is inevitable. On slim fast, I felt hungry and like I was missing out on eating. You could really just drink a bottle of water and take a vitamin those two meals and have the same results. Its all about the money, companies say whatever they need to in order to collect profit. I got so frustrated I finally went to a weight loss dr. in my area. He put me on a diet and I lost 100 lbs. in less than a year. It was pretty easy, compared to all of my efforts prior. I did the one thing I never wanted to do, and that was keep a food journal. That was the key to losing the weight. You dont know how much fuel you are putting in your body unless you write it down. Count total fat grams and stay between 20-30 for women 30-40 for men. Write down everything that hits your lips. If you want to count cals (or both) stay between 1200-1500. Anything lower than 1200 is dangerous. And if you are really working out alot..you might want to consider 1400-1800 or so. Keep the journal for at least 2 months and exercise for 30 min. a day. It can even be walking. You lose 2-3 lbs. a week and keep it off forever because you learn to eat right and no longer crave the things that are bad for you...like fast food. And you can occasionally go out ot dinner and eat whatever..just do it like once every couple of months. You wont gain a pound. You can eat pretty much whatever...veggies, fruit, pasta, grains, bread, white meat, low fat or non fat dairy, Promise fat free butter. Its about quality not quantity. Pretty much the only things I find that eat up the fat grams quick are red meats, fast food, salad dressing (light done right is a great low fat dressing), and frozen dinners. But, you learn all this by keeping the journal. It will mean measuring out servings for a couple of months..but it wont be forever. You learn portion size real quick. I find myself eating all day long and never getting hungry, never depriving myself. If i want something sweet...i eat a three muskateer bar or a mini york peppermint patty. There are frozen lean cuisine or healthy choice meals for on the go. Theres almost always a healthier alternative you can purchase for close to or cheaper than the same price as the fattening stuff. Recent studies prove its a myth about when you eat. Calories know no time. You can eat right before bed. Actually you burn around 500 calories while you sleep. Its all about the choices you make. This diet is the healthiest, cheapest, most effective diet there is. Whats not to like about it?

Here is just what you need. Not a diet but a diet lifestyle. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

Your diet sounds awful! Try eating real food to start - lots of whole-grains which are good for you, and very low in fat. Slimfast is not food, and it's bad for your kidneys!
For food, try
a bowl of whole-wheat cereal such as Kashi w/skim milk
1 cup non-fat yogurt for breakfast
salad w/chicken or turkey for lunch and juice
brown rice, chicken, turkey, or beef for dinner, w/a veggie
What are you doing to work out? You have to always change up your activity to keep your body on its toes. Try biking, rowing on the rowing machine, swimming, aerobics. Check your heart rate with a monitor while you're working out, too. You may not be pushing yourself hard enough.
Good luck, you can do it!

First... slim fast doesn't really help you lose weight, it helps you keep a a certain weight. Women who weigh about 120 pounds and wanna keep that weight drink slim fast to help them do this.
Second... you totally STRESSED.... stressed people gain weight fast and get more stressed. And what causes the instant weight gain is the when your stressed you eat a lot of junk food and you usually feel bad while you try to exercise. have fun while you exercise and REMEMBER that STRESSED spelled backwords is DESSERTS! think about it and I hope you take my advice.
God Bless!!

Sounds like your plan is similar to the one I followed, the only exception is that I used a shake from Shapeworks vs the slimfast shake. Slimfast has to much sugar. but the plan I followed, I drank two shakes a day, and one regular meal and I lost 95 lbs in 8 months with no exercise. Here is where I got it from: www.loseweightnow.com/tfward
