Not usually. I have never heard of UTI delaying menstruation since the uti takes place in the urinary tract, and menstruation takes place in what seems like the same area, however it concerns different organs. check out the website below for more information

No, but PCOS can, and some of the symptoms may feel like UTI.

no. it cant. i get them (UTI's) frequently, and let me tell you that it has never once delayed my period. if i were you i would go to the doctor and get it checked out. good luck! hope you feel better!
