I've been doing the "Low Carb Lifestyle" for almost a year now, and I'm really missing my fruits, vegetables, and other carb-filled foods. I'm afraid that if I start eating carb-rich foods though, the weight is going to FLY right back on. I have had days where I've cheated, and believe me... the weight crept back. How can I start adding carbs back into my diet without adding on pounds? What foods will be best to add?
