My boyfriend has tiny nodules of hanging skin on his body, in his arm pits and groin and waistline? Wot are they and can they be treated?

I had those they call them skin tags the doctor just numbs them and uses a hot wire to cut them off and it cauterises it at the same time. Unless they change colour they are usually harmless. My doctor did most of mine without numbing them no problem.

They're easily removed.
If you fella has a low pain barrier then send him to the quacks.
Otherwise you could remove them yourself with a sterile pair of scissors and some antiseptic cream to dab on afterwards.

Sounds like skin tags and they can be self-treated by tying very thin thread around them and left on which makes them fall off but otherwise go to the doc who will arrange treatment.

They are probably "skin tags." They are benign and can usually be clipped off close to the skin with scissors or nail clippers. If you're worried, have him see a dermatologist.

Skin tags babe....quickest way to get rid of them is with nail clippers...only stings for a minute,then dab with tcp.

I have had good results by applying a dab of castor oil on them daily. They eventually disappear.

Those are just a type of mole.
Don't worry, just tell him to go to a dermatologist and they will suggest something to get rid of them.
