It can happen very often that you find your cousins attractive, well because they are so, and because they give you a lot of attention, and you can be very close. Also there is a psychological effect, not gonna go into it, let's just say that the fact you know that it is wrong adds to the arousal level of your organism, which your brain miss interprets as attraction.
My advice to you would be not to act upon this feelings, nothing good can come out of it, trust me. You'll meet another nice and attractive girl someday, we all do :)
