YES: there are so many harmful things out there. some reseach includes the notion that the US government pot farms and the US does not have a green thumb. real legitmate reseach has found that pot is actually good for you.
people get high on chocolate, oregano, ice cream too.
some get high on fast food.
to solve the social security problem legalize everything and let people who cannot hanle a good time die.
coca-cola contain at least two molecules of cocaine per 12 oz. can.

People shouldn't get busted for using an herb, especially one with many medical uses. On the other hand, getting high is more fun because it's illegal (like drinking is more fun before you're 21) and the fact that what you're smoking is a crime is a good way to radicalize people.

see I wont go for straight yes or no......becasue there is no such answer......
the proponents might say that give them information and let them choose as its their body and if you keep it illegal then it just adds to the attraction of forbidden....
I'd say let's learn from the example of smoking. we all know that it kills but people still smoke and get a kick........
and why should tax payer pay for your adventures...........

i have a huge patch of it in my back yard and every week i mow the stuff down...i dont think that it should be legalized because of its addictive factors.
