I just read about the low carb diets take water out of us and when eat carbs we are just rehydrating ourselves and that is where the weight is coming from.
I have switched to eating five small meals throughout the day and now fill full of energy. When I switched I gain a few pounds which I read was water and I have actually lower another pants size.

I would first add back fruit and whole grains in small portions. A serving of fruit is about 1/2 a whole fruit, 10 cherries, 1/4 blueberries, 1 cup watermelon, etc. A serving of brown rice or couscous is only 1/2 cup.
I'd stay away from processed carbs, like chips, crackers, cake, etc.

You obviously didn't actually learn about the low carb diets before you started them. You are allowed to reintroduce carbs to your diet. Just the right carbs. I think Atkins is a total crock, but if you are going to do it, at least read one of the official books about it and learn how to reintroduce those good carbs from some fruits and vegetables back into your diet.

first off a lot of these "low carb diets" are not as good for as they claim to be like Atkins for one too much protein can do damage to your kindneys. Secondly you don't need to avoid carbs it's what your body runs on, what you need to avoid are the fatty food those are what gets you. Eat a meal then go jogging take a walk buy a stair master if need be just try and be active that's all you really need.

I am not really sure but I think that you can't add any other food and don't gain weight , so the best way to do it is just to eat good salads with some vegetables,don't eat fried foods or a lot of bread.and don't worry you will not gain weight trust me.
