I was wondering how long i should work out?

To get best results, you should work out routinely. Consistency is the key. Most people find that 20-30 minute workouts every other day are the most effective. If you are focused on losing stubborn fat, you should work on repetitions. Rather than doing exercises that require much strength such as heavy weight lifting, you should try less strenuous regimens with higher repetitions. That way, you will have a lower risk of muscle injury, but still get the results you want. Also, don't forget to maintain a consistent workout schedule to get optimal results. That all depends on how much weight you want to lose/gain or if you're trying to maintain. IF you're trying to lose weight I'd do 30 minutes of weights 5-6 days a week and 45-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week.. I'm only saying this due to my own personal experience with losing weight. If you're quite heavy, then you wouldn't need to work out that much at first. If you're trying to maintain, I'd do about 30 minutes of cardio 3-6 days a week and weights 30 minutes 3-5 days a week. I'm not an expert though. Good luck!

3 to 4 times per week for 30 minutes to 45 minutes or 20 a day depending your level of workout

You should start with 30 minutes 5 days a week. Then after a couple weeks try 60minutes for 6 days a week. Leave one day as your free day so you have something to look forward to.

Work up to at least 40 minutes, or work slow for 40 minutes and then increase the intensity. Cardio will build your heart if you do it for 40 minutes.

Walk 30 minutes a day and the weight will drop off it is the best excercise

that all depends on what your trying to achive, you need to go to the gym and get them to work out a programme for you, so you can acheive that goal ..image you have in your mind... you will learn the right way and then youwill know how long you should work out. without guessing
