OK I had the same problem. My first boyfriend was V E R Y well endowed. Too much for me and then came along my hubby.. Which is perfect for me but when we dated, I noticed a difference in size and I repeat he is perfect for me, your average size.. And well just don't ever tell your new guy that your first was hung like a horse.. I did and Oh my god, huge mistake I thought he would never over come.. Don't ever tell your new guy and back to your question, your body will adjust to fit him perfectly so don't worry over it, or feel like you have to do things to make it tighter it will go back on its own. And everything will be fine.. Really, don't worry and do not tell him like I did... I didn't know at the time what it would do to his ego, which came with experience. Best wishes to your new love and you....♥

You can do kegel exercises on your own (flexing and relaxing the vaginal walls), or you can have surgery to tighten the vaginal opening. I would only recommend surgery as a last resort; since he's a boyfriend and not a husband, do the kegels. You could also consult a doctor, but he will most likely tell you to do kegels.

Our bodies tend to be more elastic than we think. Chances are you aren't "loose" due to your ex boyfriends endowment. However, to tighten up the muscles, do Kegel's. All you do is tighten those muscles (as if you are trying not to pee) and hold for 10 seconds, relax, then do it again. Do maybe 20 of them to start and work up to more. Not positive on the number of 'reps' to do.

Well, you can't get that loose just by your ex's member. I think you are too concerned with that and that shouldn't be a problem. If it is, you can always try kegel exercises.
Good luck!!!

Sorry gurl... there is not much you could do. Just don't have sex with the current guy.. or make him wait u know keep him waiting. But if you don't have sex for a certain amount of time i'm sure it will begin to close a little.

Why don't you try Kegel exercises? Designed to have a stronger pelvic floor, are recommended for urinary incontinence.
