For as long as I can remember one of my nostrils always seems to be blocked despite the number of times I blow my nose. I wonder if this is normal.

You should make an appointment with an ENT (ear nose and throat) doctor. If there is a reason for the blockage (e.g. a deviated septum), you can get it corrected.

suffer from same problem, apparently we all have one nostril stronger than the other? You might need an operation to take out the bone in that area. See what your GP thinks.

Maybe you have mild allergies try a nose spray to see if it helps

I'd question the air quality in your immediate environment.

Are you living in a congested city?

Have you been around smokers?

Do you have pure air circulating thanks to nearby trees and fresh natural air instead of constant exposure to canned air?

Chances are you can answer yes to at least one of these.

oh, i dont know..

maybe because there's boogers stuck up in yo nose or you dont blow it regularly like you're suppose to?!
