been going to curves for 8mos, losing wt and inches, drinking my water doing good, but, i've lost the drive to keep going, how do I get back into it?
I have 17lb to lose yet.

I have been off heroin for 3 months and I was on it for 1 year and detoxed from it 4 times in one year and this last time I have been successful because I am seeing a doctor and I am currently taking Subutex. My doctor wants to stop that and I am sure that there might be some withdrawl syptoms when this happens. I am also thinking that I will have to go on an antidepressant/antianxiety prescription after that. What is the best and the fastest antidepressant? I have Prozac and Effexor already available.

I am talking to a guy that I like a whole lot. And he just told me has herpes. He said it is controlled. The only time I can get it is when he has an out break. Should I not contiune talking to him b/c of this. I don't know if I kiss him if I will get it or not? I checked websites but I am not sure if kissing or sex. B/c he claims they are controlled. Please help confussed girl.

Honestly, how ill do you have to be before you take sick leave? Would you do it for a bad cold where your nose is constantly streaming etc? Do you have to have a high temperature and a dizzy head before you go home early? What do you see as acceptable? I have carried on working through high temperatures, refused to slow down for colds, sometimes I don't know how I've driven home at the end of a day. However the last time I had a bad cold and I didn't take it easy I made myself much worse, and it would have been better to just have the day off in the first place to recover from the cold. When do you think you are too ill to go to work?

hello everyone ...my prob is dat if i stretch my legs ..u no in a relaxing manner,the thighs get a little stiff ...at that time somewhere in my thighs i experience a severe pain ,i dnt no wat it is ...do i get cramps??
i mean i shout at dat time i am in such pain ...then wen u rub dat area throughly the pain reduces ...but u can still feel a gud amount of pain wen u walk for the whole day...plsss help me ,if these are cramps ??wat shud i do ,wat is the possible reason for dese ???
wat foods should i eat to avoid this ???
i fear to even relax my legs now !!!!!!!!

I am five foot ten and weigh almost two hundred pounds. You cant tell... because I hide it really well, but do any of you guys have ideas for how to lose weight quick..?? I really have been trying hard, and I dont have money for a gym membership or diet plans...Eating less, or whatever. At this point I dont care if its healthy or not. The faster the weights gone the happier I will be.

I stopped using crystal meth just before Christmas last year. I haven't slipped since & am very proud of myself.... BUT I just cant stop thinking about it. I crave it all the time & was wondering if anybody out there has gone through this before . . what helped you? Seems like I think about it 4 or 5 times a week and want to drive down to go get some . . . but luckily I haven't. I am in San Diego & it is all over the town so it is hard to forget about it... anyways. . .thanks for any help you can offer me.
