Try taking a little break from Curves and trying a new, fun exercise for a bit. Try swimming, biking, outdoor walks, roller blading, dancing, or whatever. Just something new or different that's more of a "fun" exercise than a workout. That should help you get back into the groove. If you get bored of that activity, either switch to something else new or go back to Curves.

1) Put up motivational notes on your fridge or other areas you frequent in the house
2) Ask your fellow family members and closest friends to tell you one thing they have noticed that is an improvement in you since you started as a motivator
3) Get a work out buddy

Getting into the habit of something only takes 21 consecutive days. Keep up the good work! You can do it!!

When you are not feeling motaviated look at a magazine with those pretty models. You always have to have a positive approach like " I know I can do it, even if it strains me now it will pay off in the end." All lot of times I think about going to the gym and sweating and I really don't want to do it, then I think about how I can better myself when I do it and it make me want to go even more !

Just think about how youll put all that weight back on and the time and effort it took and will take to lose it ALL OVER AGAIN... If thats not motivating enough try music it usually helps.

Bribery.

For real. I had to do this for myself. I have an eye on an Ipod, but won't spring for it until I hit my next goal. It helps when others (family, friends) are around to re-inforce this.

Good luck! Keep up the good work!!!

Buy a beautiful outfit, and make sure it's something you absolutely love and want to wear. But, it has to be a size smaller. That worked for me!

Its normal to give up sometimes. Just think, you have lost most of your weight to reach your goal. Don;t give up now. Take it one pound at a time.
