i am currantly attending college to become a medical assistant are there any jobs out there

Absolutely. Also, find out from the college if they offer job placement assistance. Sometimes the pay is a bit lower, but you'll get good experience to get a job in a larger place that'll pay better.

Yes there are medical assistant jobs out there. You could work in a Doctors office.
