You are not fat. Your weight is normal for your height and the fact that you work out helps. I suggest that you continue working out and get toned and if possible lose about five pounds- that will make you more comfortable. For your height, a fat person or overweight person would weigh like ovr 150 close to 160lbs.

I don't think you're fat. Weight is not the only consideration, if you are working out then a lot of that weight is muscle, and there's a heck of a difference between 140 lbs of muscle and 140 lbs of fat.

If you're worried, instead of consulting a scale have your body fat measured.

Way too many anorexics here......

Your BMI is 22.6. This puts you at a normal level. BMI charts don't take in consideration that you have more muscle mass. This makes me beleive that you are not fat. I work out and with my weight it says I'm over weight. If it took in consideration my muscle mass it would say different.

i'm sure its not fat for you since its probably mostly muscle. but there is no way i would personally want to weigh that much. i would freak out because its all about the numbers for me. i'm 5'5" and must stay under 120 or i get too anxious. why does it matter what we think anyway? as long as your happy thats all that matters. :o)

Hey. Calm down. You're normal. If you really want to lose weight, diet and exercise is the only way to do it, but you shouldn't worry.
