hello everyone ...my prob is dat if i stretch my legs ..u no in a relaxing manner,the thighs get a little stiff ...at that time somewhere in my thighs i experience a severe pain ,i dnt no wat it is ...do i get cramps??
i mean i shout at dat time i am in such pain ...then wen u rub dat area throughly the pain reduces ...but u can still feel a gud amount of pain wen u walk for the whole day...plsss help me ,if these are cramps ??wat shud i do ,wat is the possible reason for dese ???
wat foods should i eat to avoid this ???
i fear to even relax my legs now !!!!!!!!
anyone plssss help me

You are lacking SALT in your diet. Am I right ?

They might charlie horses aka muscle cramps. This could be due to a lack of potassium. I would recommend eating bananas or going to a health food store and getting some potassium. This is a common problem especially with the elderly or people who don't eat properly. They tell the elderly to eat a banana every night before bed. If I were you i would start off eating 2 or 3 a day or take a vitamin supplement.

hmmmmmmm,i don't really get your question,but i did track before summer vacation came and now since track ended my legs get really sore,especially in the morning,mabey you did a school sport and now that schools out,your legs cramping up.

go to the doctor it may be your apendixe or a hernia
