I am five foot ten and weigh almost two hundred pounds. You cant tell... because I hide it really well, but do any of you guys have ideas for how to lose weight quick..?? I really have been trying hard, and I dont have money for a gym membership or diet plans...Eating less, or whatever. At this point I dont care if its healthy or not. The faster the weights gone the happier I will be.

Please, you must change your diet and eat healthy. Losing weight to fast will make it that much easier to put it back on. Six small meals a day and a small snack during the evening. Exercise is a must. Its taken me two years to lose over 50 pounds and this is how I did it. Slow is the key. No more than pounds a week. Your ideal weight can be calculate as follows: 100 lbs for the first 5 feet than 5 lbs for every inch above that.Remember muscle weighs more than fat.

Well you can do a Fast.. that is cheap and very unhealthy and you can lose weight like crazy.
You can diet and exercise at home, by only eating healthy stuff, not consuming sugars/fats/starches and doing some cardio for at least 45 mins a day 5 days a week. Cardio could be taking a walk, jog, cycling, swimming etc... so no excuse about not having money ;)

i was 5'7 and 170 lbs...2 months later i am 145...

heres what i did:

1) I wallk 5 times a week..even if its for only 20 minutes just to get my blood moving

2) i dont eat junk food anymore..if you slip occasionally thats okay..

3) i dont dont starve myself of the stuff i want..
(just have a little of it and that should satify you)


4) I also discovered for me, that my cravings only last about 10 minutes..so when i get a craving i chew on ice or brush my teeth it makes me feel like im eating something and it stops me from eating when i dont need to.

No fast food, no pop, lots of fiber-maintain1200 cals on chicken, turkey, fruits, vegs, and read labels look for fiber full foods-even if you go over 1200 (a bit) . Stay strong!

eat all the meat you want.stay away from potatos and bread .within a week you'll see a big difference on the scales.my husband is arond your weight and he'll do this from time to time.please try it. it really works.goodluck.let me know how your doing in a week.

i just lost 50 lbs, it took me 6 months, which is pretty quick, i ewhatever i want i just cut portions(this trains your stomach to be full faster) also i drink a lot of water, i barely excercise, so imagine if you do...
