i have these bumps on my arms that look like pimples but they r not......i have tried washing my arms and changing soaps...nothing has helped....they seem to be worse on one arm ......they apear mostly on the upper arm....does anybody know what they r and how to get rid of them.......

My brother is severely depressed after his divorce. It is very sad because he is 35 years old and has a 16 year old girl and a 11 year old boy. He has turned to drugs and been in and out of rehab 3 times, and attempted suicide twice. Due to his actions, his ex has filed a no contact order which he has broken and is now back in rehab to avoid going to jail. The problem is that I am certain he will try to kill himself again and be successful this time. What is wrong with the system?? He has insurance and each time after attempting suicide, the Psychiatric hospital discharges him after a few days.... Will someone help me before it is too late for him?

i jog about 3 miles four days a week but i would like to run a marathon or somthing cool like that what do i do? cuase after the three miles i'm pooped i can't see myself doing more

I've been doing it for a while and it seems to get worse when I'm worried.I could be sleeping and a black irony tasteing liquid(Blood?)comes up and then I get real bad heart burn.Is anemia or an ulcer?Could it be something else.I notice I get drunk alot faster and even black out on not so much alchohol is it relavent?While drunk I've been told I get psichotic,look like an animal with no real awarness and violent which is realy out of charector for me.I don't know but any info would be apprieciated

Why we are whowing off our panties, bra straps, panties' easics, our cleavae, sometimes our inner bras or uplifit bras, our hip line?

Does this really attracts men or are we doing it for our own peasure of showing to men?

Well i have seen women doing this

they will bring thier trousers or skirt down to show off thier panty (especially sport wears)
Also y do we show our bra straps and escpecially cup shape of the bras ?

Is there any point in doing it

of course it sfine if we feel hot in summber? but wantedly doing this ?

i'm 22 yrs old. 5'2" and 130 ibs. i exercise regularly. but i want to lose about 15-20 ibs of fat and gain muscle. want nice abs. what should i do? i've been doing pilates, it's great, but still dont see anything. i'm just having trouble with choicing the right foods. i want to start taking whey protein to add more protein to my diet. will that bulk me up? also , my friend suggested i should take "muscle milk" instead, even though it has so many calories she insists that it won't make me gain since i work out regularly. i guess my body has gotten used to the exercise so i feel like i need to do 3x more to lose the fat. WHAT SHOULD I DO??? please help! thanks!!!

His teeth are quite literally rotting out of his mouth....it hurts him a lot, but he doesn't have the credit to get to make payments at a dentists office. We have tried 1-800-dentists and they did not approve him...does anyone know of anywhere we can go to get him some help and get his teeth removed so he can get dentures or something? Please don't leave me bullshit answers....
