You need to take your annual salary and divide by 12 to get your monthly salary. If you are paid hourly, you need to multiply # of hours worked per week (35, 37.5 or 40) x hourly wage x 52 weeks per year / divided by 12 months per year equals monthly salary.

Into what? Hours? Weeks? Take your annual salary, divide it by 2080 and you will get your hourly rate of pay. Times your hourly rate of 80 hours and you will get your bi-weekly rate. Times that by 2 and you will get your monthly salary. Is that what you mean?
