Increase the amount of protein you eat and decrease the amount of simple carbs. You may be consuming too much processed sugar which is causing the amount of insulin in your body to be off. I dont mean go on a low carb diet either just reduce the amount of simple carbs you eat on a regular basis and increase your fiber.

If that is true it is an addiction like every other and I do understand and do not understimate the problem you have. You better see a good phychologyst, because under most of our acts( including the "abuse" with sweets) is hidden some deeper problem. Of course, you can also have some medical condition,which makes you in need of more sweet stuff. Best of luck!!

you have to keep saying no until your body finally gets the message and stops craving. It has to withdraw like any other addiction.
