There is no way to know for sure over the Internet. You need to go see your Dr about this, because it very well could be blood- and there are a million things from ulcers to cancer that can cause someone to cough up blood.
anemia is simply when you don't have enough red blood cells, and loosing blood might cause that, but it won't cause you to cough up blood.
Until you know what is causing this it would be a good idea to not drink alcohol, I am sure it is not helping your throat any.

Do you smoke? The blood is most likely coming from your lungs (because of the coughing). If you're regurgitating blood it's a problem with your stomach. Blood isn't a good sign for anything, i'd get it checked out by a doctor.

You have conflicting statements in your outline. Either you cough up the blood or regurgitate it... which is it? If you cough it up, is not esophogeal in origin. If you cough it up is from the trachea or the lungs..next would come the question. is the expectorant foamy and flecked with blood? Or, is it frank blood by itself? So many questions in need of answers before an answer can be given to you.

If you are coughing up blood you need to get to a doctor immediately. This is a very serious symptom.
Don't drink anymore alcohol either.

You NEED to go to a doctor and get this checked out. You probably are bleeding enough in your esophagous to be anemic (not enough blood cells) This could become serious to being deadly.

Vets take rats, too! Please, i'm annoying about your rat as a lot as you're!! I in simple terms experience fairly undesirable each and every time an animal is in problem. Please, take her to the vet! it may also instruct that she's pregnant. it may instruct that she has a tumor. i do not recognize what to do...i'm scared! If the vet is closed, then supply her some supplementations. in simple terms attempt to allow her relax. do not get to on the fringe of her, and in simple terms enable her sleep for a lengthy time period. Take her to the vet once a threat! i'm crossing my palms for her!

Please go see a doctor tomorrow. It could be a bleeding ulcer, tuberculosis, or any number of bad news problems. It could also be not a big deal, but why take chances?

Ulcers, or possibly esophogeal cancer. You need to be seen by a doctor promptly.
