looks like both of my toe nails is comming off, it was from shoes that i wore. my firrst day at a FedEx job i wore my brand new black leather nike and it hurt feet. of course i cant stop and come home cuz i gotta finish my route. i thought it was from lotta walking so i continue the next day and it got worse. went to the emergency room the third day cuz i couldnt walk and both of my toe nail were blue and purple. anyways, i know for sure it'll come off in a month or less. my question is, will my toe nail grow back when my old toe nail falls off? thank you for your time.

What would cause you to spontaneously "get wet". This woman I work with said that she has to wear a panty liner because her vagina sometimes just "gets wet" like lubricated. She said she not thinking about sex or anything sensual, just work. IDK what to tell her. Do you?

Im looking for a liquid diet that works well..i thought the lemonaide cleanse looked good but the after diet after cleansing would be hard for me. any ideas ? i would like it to be healthy too.

2 years ago i got jumped and i had to fight and i hit a guy on the top of his head and my right pinky knuckle is smashed in i can move it but every day it hurts and people keep say it go back but it has'nt what shoud i do

I've always been in shape from my profession however Ive taken a break from it all and I NEED to stay in shape still. Not use to disciplining myself with a work out be it yoga, pilates, biking etc. Even though I Want to stay in shape, my will power is slim to none. I've been trying so hard to gain muscle on thighs cause I have chicken legs and I want that defined legs that girls have... you know all toned.. Ive been doing cardio for 30min in the morning, 3 times a week, and weight train on my legs once a week. I eat alot of calories.. take a protein shake before and after my weight train. I do squats as my weight train exercise and use the biclycle and the ski's as my cardio exercise.. Ive been doing this for about 2 yrs consistently now.. WHat am I doing wrong?
