I think that slight differences are normal, but if you have an extreme difference in size answer the following questions.
Has it "always" been this way? Do you breast self exams? If it's something that has developed over time you should probably get it checked out just in case. My sister had a lump(turned out to be non cancerous) but one of her breast became much larger than the other, that's why she found it.

extremely bigger? Like one is an A and the other is a C? Well no it isn't "normal" a difference like that is a congenital deformity. It can be corrected by either reducing the size of one and/or placing an implant in the smaller one. Speak to your dr, get a referal to a reconstructive surgeon (someone that has experience correcting this not a dr-for-profit). google 'breast deformity' and look at the pictures.

It pretty normal to me because one of my boobs are bigger that the other too!

Every woman has one breast that is slightly larger than the other. However, if it is really noticeable, you need to see your physician right away.

Thats normal not all women have the same size of breast.
