I've been trying so hard to gain muscle on thighs cause I have chicken legs and I want that defined legs that girls have... you know all toned.. Ive been doing cardio for 30min in the morning, 3 times a week, and weight train on my legs once a week. I eat alot of calories.. take a protein shake before and after my weight train. I do squats as my weight train exercise and use the biclycle and the ski's as my cardio exercise.. Ive been doing this for about 2 yrs consistently now.. WHat am I doing wrong?

Try less reps more weight , and enjoy the thin legs while you can , Ski more and have fun enjoy

lunges and squats, great way to build muscle mass, backpacking w/ a 30 pounds on your back always effective.

try doing leg presses and adduction and abduction exercises
