What would cause you to spontaneously "get wet". This woman I work with said that she has to wear a panty liner because her vagina sometimes just "gets wet" like lubricated. She said she not thinking about sex or anything sensual, just work. IDK what to tell her. Do you?

it's just discharge. Girls can't control that and it is entirely spontaneous. depending on when you are during ur cycle ur discharge levels change.

Many women have normal discharge and wear panty liners to protect against it. Sometimes the discharge is being caused by a vaginal infection, so if you suddenly started to have this problem, you'd want to get it checked out. But most of the time, this is just the normal way the vagina works. It's wet in there! Even when you are not sexually aroused!

Maybe it's unconscious? What work does she do? Is there anyone at work she may be attracted to? How old is she? Could it be a hormonal thing? IDK either to be honest.
