You have what Doctors call a "Boxer's Break".
The knuckle is broken. BTW: Mine is too.
The best you can hope for now is to see a doctor and ask about what can be done surgically to try and restore the location and you will need a cast for about 2 months. This will not make it perfect again, but may help get rid of some of the pain.
I suggest the above because you are experiencing daily pain. Make sure the Doc understands your pain level. Otherwise they might just tell you to live with it, because it is very difficult to correct and can never be fully restored.
Good Luck and Peace.

Go to the doctor and get it checked out. It could be structural damage caused by the injury not healing correctly. Or, it could be arthritis, also caused by the injury. Don't just keep suffering the pain -- go find a pro to look at it and try to figure out what's causing it and what could help.

More then likely you have damaged nerve's or restricted use of tendon which controls movement of fifth digit.
Unfortunately, only an X-ray can fully disclose exact damage to this area.
you should probably find a hand specialist who will look at your hand and finger.
Age will also bring Arthritis and less use of this digit.

Go to a doctor.
If you don't, it might heal the wrong way and it will hurt for a long time.
Basically, just see a doctor.
