try to understand what is it that's preventing u from working out. is it the distance? is it the group of people there? are u bored with the type of exercises u know?
try finding a workout buddy.
try new exercise/new type of dance.
try to resolve the hurdles that's preventing u.
maybe start slow. buy some workout device- big ball, weights, exercised bike...place it somewhere where u will see it everyday, all day, and as u pass by it spend one minute with it each time. take stairs all the time, walk fast to ur car all the time, park ur car far away from the building (so that u'll have to walk farther).

I get inspired by listening to music when I work out. A mix of music. So there is always something different. If your a dancer try a little silly moves between differnt types of working out. If your worried about your thiegh area do squats and lunges . That worked for me . To up your power, eat a big brekfast. It doesnt matter that it is big because you are going to work it off during the day. After brekfast , just walk around get fresh air. But stay cool. Drink lots of fluids! Hope I could help.

Have you ever done a cellular cleanse. It is a known fact that our bodies will start to accumulate fat when we take in too many toxins. Toxins are taken in from the water we drink, foods we eat, air we breathe and much much more. When you rid your body of these toxins your body will rapidly and easily release stored fat. I did a cleanse and I lost 47 lbs in just 2 months. I have never looked or felt better in my life. The weight has been gone for over a year and I do a regular cleanse 2X week. You must cleanse your body if you want to change the fat cycle of life

Buying clothes in smaller sizes and looking at other women, even celebrities for "thinspiration"..I stay in shape so guys can still like and want me and I like that attention so I know I have to keep at it. So do it so you feel more confidence, so people can look at chya, and so you can say you have a better figure than Beyonce or Mariah or anyone you like.

the mirror first. honestly it's hard to get back into working out after a break but you have to force yourself at first then after a few weeks it will become habit. Dont give up, there is nothing better than a good workout

Go get a bathroom scale... keep it in front of a full length mirror... stand on that thing and look at yourself naked in the mirror every single time you get in the shower.

What inspires me is that my two older brothers don't want me to become a big fat pig.
My husband always loves me the way I am...that's no help!

Personal pride in how I look physically and how my body feels health-wise. I do so for myself, not others.
