Varies fro gym to gyma nd trainer to trainer and of course, where you live. I pay $45-50.. in NY for 1 hour. Dean C gave a stupid answer by the way! (The C must stand for Cynical or Caveman or other horrible things!)

My sister trains and she charges about 80 bucks for an hour long session. She makes a whole work out plan and nutrition plan for a little extra. Some charge more just call around you area.;

if you go to a your neighborhood gym, Gold's, Lifestyles, etc.. you sign up and get one free and the rest usually run between35-60$. Of course private trainers can be much much more!

Bally's used to be 6 (1 hour) sessions for $500 a few years ago, but it might be more now.
