I got hooked on to the habit of cracking knuckles when in school i had joined the martial arts class.. There they crak everythg jst to make u feel flexible (literally everythg!!)..From then on its been like and addiction for me..Also at times when i dont crack my knuckles for a long time, i get a very big urge to do so, and it feels tht somethg is trapped in my fingers....also many times i crack my knucles unknowningly.....please advice me on any cures..

I am part of a family of 10. There are 2 adults and 8 children , ages from 10years to 3 month old twins. I get at least 8 to 9 hours of sleep at night and I still feel tired and drained of my energy. I never feel like going out because I am to tired and wore out. This has just happened since I had the twins. The kids are the ones paying for it because I dont feel like going any where any more. Is there any thing I can do to change this or help this problem?

my daughter was born deaf and about 6 months later we found out she had an unknown disease that was attacking her brain we went to all kinds of different specialist and no one could help. Soon after she would quit breathing and have to be rushed to the hospital. The did biopsy's and surgeries. They kept telling me she didn't have any known disease that they could only treat the symptoms as they appeared. We lost her on april 23rd 2004. I have continued to try and find answers but it seems once she passed away they quit trying to find out why. How do I find the answers?

i want to go back to therapy. but after my mom renewed the insurance, they wont pay any bills until we meet the deductable of $1500. so my mom wont pay for therapy for me becuz she would have to pay the full amount. which was helping my depression. ive tried for over a year to get a job. and it hasnt worked so far so i dont have the cash..i have dropped out of school becuz of my depression getting in the way, and i want to go back to the therapyst that knows my file.....best answer gets 10 points. plz dont be rude. those tend to get to me. im very sensitve nowadays :( what should i do? should i talk to my mom? everytime i try to money gets even tighter and i would feel bad? wahts the best way to approach the subject?
