A visit to the doctor a few days ago and I found out I've got acid reflux. I was prescribed Nexium. I have been exercising to decrease my weight, and I've also changed my eating habits. Now is there really a cure?

I'm 13 and about 130 pounds. I want to lose 15 pounds. but i don't know how. my mom gets mad at me because i always want to change something about me. my hair and my body. but mostly my body. i want people to notice me. i want to stick out. yes, everyone tells me i don't need to but i want to. i want to really bad. i know i have time to grow. i am picky, so if i wanted a hot guy, i would have to be hot. right? well i just really want to lose 15 pounds. will you please help me by answering my question with your best answer. thank you so much.

Do I have to do ab exercises or is cardio enough. Should I try doing cardio for a while, and then start ab exercises, and why do I hate ab exercises. They hurt, and I can't stand it. Is there any easy ab exercises to get me started, and will I get fatter if I don't get rid of the stomach before I do them.

I recently got a bad sunburn on a large trip to a water park in my area. It is really bad and hasn't started peeling yet but it is the 2nd realy bad sunburn i have gotten in less than a year and last time my back bubbled it was so bad. I need help in cureing this sunburn!! also i need a way to stop getting sunburns besides sunscreen cause i put on sunscreen and i still burn!

I have 2 jobs, I've been sleeping 6 hours for a long time. Even though everyone's awake until midnight, I've been doing an effort of sleeping at 10:00 PM and sleeping 8 hours. I wake up with my face blowed, and really drowsy. Shouldn't it be the other way around?

I would not try to answer questions in womens health or about periods or tampons.

Is nothing sacred?

Why are they even reading them let alone answering, are they just that much inclined to stick there nose where it doesn't belong?

Over a week ago i suffered with really bad panic/anxiety attacks and my doc prescribed me Propranolol i av only been taking it for 3 days but ever since the attacks my chest feels really tight like someone is pressing on my chest and at night i feel like i cant breathe is this normal or do i need to go back to c my doc hope someone can help me as i am really scared this is goin to be an on-going thing,and being a dancer this worries me..........xx

On Tuesday night I developed an aching, stretchy pain from my left shoulder/upper back stretching up the side of my neck. I have had some pain in my left arm- fuzzy.The pain gets worse if I turn my head one way, but is ok to turn the other way. My muscles were quite bunched up and tight that day (traffic and football).

Heat seems to relieve it temporarily and it responds to ibuprofen. Have had it 2 full days now and sick of it. Any ideas?
