Just chill for a second. Take a deep breath. If you tend to be clumsy, then try not to move about as much. Take up yoga or tai chi to improve your self control.
Knowing that you are taking definite steps to improve your situation will make you feel better about your self.
Also, keep a journal and highlight all the the things you do right, even the little things. It's easy to slip into a negative frame of mind but it takes effort to stay positive and this is essential for a healthy balanced mind.

Get checked for hyperinsulinemia. Seriously! My self esteem and stuff was in the pits, and I felt I was seriously messing up. My body was messing with me, and I did not know it. And that messes with the brain.
If you are not into doctors, check out hyperinsulinemia on the web. www.hufa.org has some basic info, and some suggestions on where to go to check more stuff out.
Don't give up on yourself. If you are hyperinsulinemic, it explains a lot, including the negativity. It is hard to be positive and happy, when your body is not working well.
