When my friend begins to even sweat he has trouble keeping his line in, he has tried all types of medical tape and ace bandages....surely he is not the only diabetic that has this problem. Does anyone have any advice on what to use?

I had that problem when I first started the pump. I now use a product called Mastisol. It is a liquid adhesive that is designed for making tapes stick to skin better. I haven't had a problem in 5-6 years of using it. The pump company should have it available. I got mine from Medtronic Minimed.

My husband has one......He had that problem.....What kind of brand does he use.....

Some people put the pump in the wrong place....

Always put it next to your bellybutton.....(not on your bellybutton) and shave it first....and a disinfection...its takes out all the oils from your skin so it stays better

Good luck
