I am a mother of two and have had loads of trouble lossing weight and getting into shape. I recently tried the slim-fast diet and after 6 weeks ofno weight loss (or gain) i decided to quit because i was getting aggetated. I am at a stand still and I am very unhappy with my appearance. Does anyone out there have any tips on dieting without living on shakes and nutrition bars for the rest of my life? Possibley a way to increase my more then lost energy level?? I will try just about anything if I havent tried it already!!!!

I had a terrible violently abusive, mentally torturing childhood at the hands of my bad parents. My current girlfriend who i have a child with has repeatedly cheated on me for no reason. Its hot outside. (102') Im inside with air conditioning. It just happened all of a sudden. I feel a little better now that Im sitting. When I move my head side to side, it kind of feels like"water"(just slightly) I dont have a headache. I had a quick pain that came and went. But I feel okay. Could it just be the HEAT? Or stress? Okay, this is rather embarrassing, but a serious question, so please don't be rude. Ok, I'm a 25 year old, attractive woman and I cannot climax during vaginal sex. It feels good, but not enough to reach orgasm. I can climax "other" ways such as orally with no problems. I've heard that women ages 25-30, go through a "dry spell", but seriously is this normal? I have had swelling in my lower legs, ankles, feet and toes along with my hands and fingers since March of this year. I have gone to my family doctor and he never really said what kind of edema I have. He put me on Lasix 10 mg's to take once every other day. I've been doing that for months and increasing my water intake too. So far those areas I mentioned above are still swelled. Not only am I swelled and uncomfortable, but the skin is a light red and shining. I elevate my legs often thru the day, but nothing else helps. I will be going back to my doctor at the end of this month. At first it appeared to be pitting edema, but now it isn't. Any help from anywhere would be appreciative. Thank you.
